1 Definitions & Scope

The terms used in these terms and conditions shall be understood to have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — The 999fd website and all its associated services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal gaming account.
• "Balance" — Funds deposited in the account and any earned bonuses.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits granted by the platform.

2 Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

999fd may request supporting documents at any time to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be on hold until the required verification is completed. Failure to provide the necessary documents in time may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

2.3 Login Credential Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, immediately go to the login page to change your password and notify our support team.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following requirements must be met to use the 999fd platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age (for those aged 21 and above only).
• The user must use this platform entirely of their own free will.
• Using the platform is prohibited if you are currently enrolled in a self-exclusion or break program.
• Access is not permitted from any area where online gaming is illegal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for making deposits on the 999fd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.).

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Deposits must be sent from the method registered under the account holder's name — third-party funds are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus amounts can be withdrawn.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. Additional verification may be required if a different method is requested.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at 999fd, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳26,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10x applies to each bonus, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after completing ৳12,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out directly — they can only be used through wagering.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being closed.
• 999fd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

6 Betting Policy

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 999fd reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error or system malfunction.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, results are settled according to the rules defined for each market. If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet is generally considered void and the stake is returned.

6.3 Casino Games

All games in the 999fd casino are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased outcomes. If your internet connection drops during a game session, the game result is saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Accessing the platform through software bots, automation tools, or any hacking methods.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Rights of 999fd

999fd may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from competent authorities or legal obligations.

8.2 User Rights

A user may request the closure of their own account at any time. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and wagering requirements have been met, it will be returned.

9 Responsible Gaming
